What Is AppyMod?

AppyMod is a server plugin for Valve's Half-Life 2 "Source Engine" (used in games like Counter-Strike: Source) that provides other programs access to the server plugin API, making it easy to automate admin and game-related tasks.

What Can Be Done with It?

With AppyMod, you can do almost anything that you could do by coding your own server plugin, but with the convenience of using whatever programming language you prefer.

Below are some examples of what you can do with AppyMod:

• Create administrative functions, allowing select players access to certain commands without using RCON.
• Create voting functions that allow normal players to change certain settings or execute certain commands.
• Anything else that you can think of.

If you don't program or don't want to program, you can use any existing programs provided by others.
